How we work

We believe flexibility and human connection can coexist.

Our working model is approximately 90% remote, giving our people the autonomy and flexibility to organise their work effectively.

At the same time, we believe that some conversations, creative sessions and team moments are simply better when we are together. For that reason, we bring the team together in person approximately two days per month for collaboration, planning, alignment and connection.

These moments are part of how we work, so candidates should be comfortable with occasional in-person team meetings.
